For those of us in the Northern Hemisphere, today is Winter Solstice. It will be the shortest day and the longest night of the year.
I love Winter. Always have. Granted – what we call Winter in Los Angeles hardly qualifies, but we’ll take it. And we’ll snuggle and drink warm libations and welcome the official start of this new season.
